Kevin is a Chartered Accountant by profession, with an extensive career in professional services with Moore Stephens, later ShineWing Australia, including roles as Managing Partner, Head of Assurance and Chair of the National Moore Stephens network.

Since stepping down from the firm, Kevin is now an active Non-Executive Director in both the For Profit and For Service sectors. Kevin is Chair of Fund Manager – RF CorVal Partners Ltd, Disability Service Provider - Interact Australia Ltd, Retirement Living & Residential Care Provider - The Old Colonists Association of Victoria, Professional Services Firm - Lanyon Partners and is a Director of IntoWork Australia, a national Specialist Recruitment, Employment and Training Services Provider, and MAS National Ltd, an Apprenticeship Support Service Provider.

Rob Rayner

Co-Founder, Director and Chief Executive Officer

Rob is a founder and CEO of RF CorVal.

He has overall responsibility for the business, including investment decisions, capital management and the establishment of property investment vehicles. Rob has some 30 years of experience in the Australian financial services and property industry, with wide-ranging involvement in the establishment, re-structuring and on-going management of various property funds on behalf of both retail and private wholesale investors, family offices and institutional mandates.

Rob has a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University and is an associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Financial Securities Institute of Australia.

Kerr Bray

Kerr is responsible for the establishment, investment and ongoing management of institutional funds and mandates. He has overall responsibility for all aspects of these funds including establishing the fund strategy, raising capital, acquisitions, asset and portfolio management, financing and investor relations and communication. Kerr has over 25 years of experience in the property and funds management industry and has managed both listed and unlisted funds in Australia and Europe. Kerr previously worked for ING Real Estate in Sydney as the Fund Manager of the listed retail property trust and for Tishman Speyer in Europe in a number of senior roles including managing that group's pan-European core office funds with total assets in excess of $4 billion. Kerr has a Bachelor of Commerce and Finance from the University of Western Australia and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Chris Judd

Independent Member – RF Corval Investment Committee

Chris has 35 years of Real Estate and Real Estate Funds management experience in senior executive and governance roles in public and private markets across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Chris has had various senior executive leadership roles including Head of Real Estate Funds Management for AMP Capital Australia with executive and governance responsibilities in Australia and New Zealand for a A$20b+ platform. More recently Chris consulted to Blackstone Real Estate Australia on the Milestone transaction.
Chris is an independent Non-Executive Director of NZX listed Precinct Properties and a registered valuer, being an Associate of the Australian Property Institute. Chris was the inaugural chairman of the Property Council of Australia’s Unlisted Property Roundtable and was a member of the International and Capital Markets Division Committee.

John Dillon

Independent Member – RF Corval Investment Committee

John brings deep real estate and investment management experience across various market sectors. He commenced his career in valuations working with Jones Lang LaSalle in Melbourne, Hong Kong, Brisbane and Sydney before moving into senior asset and fund management roles in the listed and unlisted sectors with Colonial First State Global Asset Management, Lend Lease and Dexus where he established the Dexus Healthcare Property Fund. John has worked across real estate markets including office, retail, industrial and healthcare.
He has extensive experience with major asset acquisitions, divestments, strategic asset and portfolio reviews, developments, refurbishments and lease negotiations supported by well developed technical skills as a valuer providing a comprehensive understanding of real estate and the drivers of value.
John is a graduate of RMIT (Associate Diploma in Valuation), has a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia and is a member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI), Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and is a past chair of the NSW Property Council Office Committee.

Yossi Kraemer

Strategic Adviser

Yossi has over 25 years’ experience in global real estate finance and capital markets with extensive experience in real estate structured products and capital raising. He is responsible for developing and implementing the distribution strategy for the related Schroders RF business, as well working with both RF CorVal and Schroders Capital, to provide strategic input into each of those businesses. Prior to joining Schroders RF, Yossi spent almost a decade at Qualitas where he held a number of positions including Head of Institutional Capital, Head of Portfolio management and was Chair of the Portfolio Allocation Committee. Prior to Qualitas, Yossi worked for Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) in London where he was the Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Capital Markets and Real Estate Syndications for Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Prior to RBS, Yossi had senior roles at both Credit Suisse and BNP Paribas.

Michael Hua

Fund Manager

Michael is responsible for the management of RF Corval’s institutional funds as well as identifying and sourcing new domestic and offshore capital partners. He also leads RF CorVal’s ESG initiatives which includes establishing principles for responsible investing and management across the entire business. Prior to joining RF CorVal in 2012, Michael spent 6 years in Institutional Real Estate with Stockland where he was the Assistant Fund Manager for Stockland’s unlisted retail funds platform, which had over $500m of funds under management. Before this, Michael was at JLL within the research and consulting team, focusing on office and industrial markets for institutional clients. Michael has experience and in-depth knowledge in financial modelling, management reporting, valuation, investor relations and funds management. Michael holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Western Sydney and is a Certified Practicing Valuer and a member of the Australian Property Institute and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Sanjeev Sahota

Sanjeev is responsible for the management of RF CorVal’s wholesale syndicate trusts, including financial management, investor communication and monitoring asset management strategies. Prior to joining CorVal in 2019, Sanjeev spent 5 years in Institutional Real Estate with The GPT Group where held a number of positions across the platform including valuations, funds management and asset management. Most recently Sanjeev was employed by GPT’s Wholesale Office Fund (GWOF) a $7 billion unlisted fund providing investors with exposure to high quality office assets, located in Australia's major office markets. Before this Sanjeev was employed by MSCI (formerly IPD) in London followed by Sydney, providing research and indexing services to institutional real estate clients. Sanjeev holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics from Royal Holloway University of London.

Oliver Picone

Oliver is responsible for acquisitions and divestments at RF CorVal, including identifying, sourcing and analysing opportunities as well as managing due diligence and contract negotiations.  Since joining RF CorVal in 2012, Oliver has acquired more than 30 properties with a total value in excess of $1.3b. He is also involved in developing and monitoring asset management strategies, with a focus on maximising disposal values and investor returns, as well investor communications for high net worth, institutional and overseas clients. Oliver has worked in the commercial property industry for over 13 years, having previously held positions within major commercial valuation firms, most recently working for CBRE in the Sydney CBD specialist valuation team, and prior to that at DTZ and Urbis. During this time, he developed advanced financial modelling and analysis skills and a broad exposure to a number of property asset classes. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Property Economics with a sub major in Property Analysis from the University of Technology Sydney and is a Certified Practicing Valuer.

Gareth joined RF CorVal in 2015 and is part of the capital transactions team, focusing on identifying and analysing opportunities as well as managing the due diligence process. Gareth has previously held positions within major real estate firm CBRE, most recently as a commercial valuer within the Sydney team, specialising in Sydney CBD and Sydney Metropolitan institutional assets and prior to this he worked in CBRE’s Global Research and Consulting division. Gareth holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Western Sydney and is a Certified Practising Valuer.

Con is a Senior Asset Manager at RF CorVal, responsible for establishing and implementing asset management strategies to maximise value for investors. He has responsibility for managing tenant relationships, negotiating leases, managing capital works programs and overseeing property management. Con joined RF Corval in 2013 and has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry spanning the residential, commercial, retail, industrial and strata sectors, with expertise in property and asset management. He has previously worked at Fortius Funds Management and JLL where he managed over $1.5b worth of Australian office, retail and industrial real estate on behalf of some of Australia’s largest institutional investors. Con holds a Bachelor of Land Economics from the University of Technology.

Benn Vicic

Benn is responsible for establishing and implementing asset management strategies to maximise value for investors. He has responsibility for managing tenant relationships, negotiating leases, managing DA and capital works programs and overseeing property management. Benn joined RF CorVal in 2013 and has around 25 years of experience in the property and funds management industry. He has previously worked at Charter Hall as Fund and Asset Manager, where he was responsible for the performance and operations of an unlisted Diversified Property Fund plus multiple Syndicates comprising over 20 office, industrial and retail assets, with a combined value of $350m and over 100 tenants. Prior to that, Benn worked for CBRE, Knight Frank and Winten Property Group, developing skills across a variety of areas including acquisitions, disposals, development feasibility, portfolio and asset management and valuations. Benn holds a Bachelor of Business Degree specialising in Property Valuations from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, is a Certified Practising Valuer and an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute.

Philippa Duncanson

Philippa is an Asset Manager who works with Con and Benn in the implementation of asset management strategies.  She has responsibility for managing tenant relationships, negotiating leases, overseeing property management and assisting with portfolio reporting.  Philippa joined RF CorVal in 2015 and has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, having previously worked in leasing and sales in Auckland at both CBRE and Knight Frank before taking up the role of Senior Property Manager at CBRE in Sydney, where she managed a $500 million portfolio with over 90 tenants. The portfolio comprised a variety of commercial and retail buildings in both the Sydney CBD and suburban property markets, for a mix of institutional and private investors. Philippa holds a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland, Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and was commended for the Australian Property Institute Young Achiever of the year award in 2014.

Natasha Oryl

Natasha is an Asset Manager who joined RF CorVal in March 2021. Natasha works alongside Con, Benn and Pip in the implementation of asset management strategies. She has responsibility for managing tenant relationships, negotiating leases, managing capital works programs and overseeing property management. Natasha has over 8 years’ experience in the real estate industry with particular strengths in Leasing and team management. Prior to coming on board with RF Corval, Natasha worked at Savills in Sydney for 5 years as a Senior Property Manager. During her time at Savills she was responsible for a diverse portfolio of Assets both in the commercial and industrial sector situated in North Sydney, Macquarie Park and Western Sydney for a mix of institutional and private investors.

Gary Bowtell

Gary is responsible for initiating and delivering property development projects across all sectors including residential, commercial, industrial and retail. He has a vast amount of experience in the entire development process and has been particularly successful in maximising planning outcomes. He has worked across a broad range of projects - from boutique commercial and residential buildings through to large-scale urban renewal developments such as King Street Wharf in Sydney.

Gary was previously Director of Development at Multiplex/Brookfield Multiplex where, over a twenty year period, he was responsible for initiating and delivering some of Australia’s most successful development projects. This was followed by a three year period at Built Development Group as National Development Director. Gary holds a Bach of Applied Science and a Master of Business Administration.

Chris Boys

Chris is responsible for leading CorVal’s hotel development strategy including identifying, sourcing and analysing hotel opportunities as well as managing the execution of the hotel projects. Chris brings over 26 years’ experience in the construction and property industry with a strong pedigree in hotel development having worked at different levels of the property industry starting in architecture, moving into construction and then development for private real estate companies in Australia and the Middle East. Prior to joining RF Corval, Chris spent nine years with the largest privately-held property group in the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region, US$10 billion, Majid Al Futtaim Properties. During his tenure, Chris worked across a number of the property businesses, including mixed use communities, shopping malls and hospitality, spending seven years in a development capacity with the hospitality business, ultimately assuming the role of Development Director. This role managed the expansion and consolidation of their market leading hotel portfolio (3,675 rooms in operation and circa 4,000 rooms under development).

Maria Verner

Maria is responsible for hotel development, acquisitions and asset management at CorVal, including identifying, sourcing and evaluating opportunities, feasibility, hotel operator selection and negotiation of contracts. Prior to joining RF Corval, Maria was Development Manager for Marriott International / Starwood Hotels & Resorts, responsible for growing the company’s portfolio of brands across Australia, New Zealand, Pacific region. During her tenure, Maria was involved in 20+ hotel management agreement signings and was responsible for bringing new brands to market. Prior to this, Maria worked at Colliers International and JLL Hotels in Auckland and brings experience in commercial property including valuations, consultancy, development and di-vestment of assets with a primary focus on hotels. Maria has a Bachelor of Property and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland.

With over 24 years experience in global real estate and funds management businesses, Tim joined RF CorVal after 11 years in senior leadership roles at AMP Capital, and prior to that 13 years at DTZ, now Cushman & Wakefield in Sydney, Auckland and London. Tim has a wide range and depth of experience including capital raising, transactions, governance and fund management.

Anna’s network encompasses multi-family offices, single family offices, independent advisory firms and high net worth individuals. Anna brings over 17 years experience in outstanding client engagement built across both the private banking and financial services sectors. Anna started her career in private banking running a money market and foreign currency treasury desk whilst also offering investments in private equity, property and an aircraft fund within the investment bank. Prior to joining RF CorVal, she spent 10 years building a $1b private debt fund for a Melbourne based private debt investment house.

Jimmy is responsible for the distribution of the RF CorVal Property Fund. He joined RF Corval in 2022 after spending 15 years with Macquarie Group, most recently as an Associate Director within Macquarie Asset Management based in Sydney. Jimmy’s experience covers a broad range of asset classes including fixed income, Australian equities, Global & Emerging Market equities, infrastructure & property as well as both liquid and illiquid Alternative asset classes. Jimmy has successfully launched and grown a number of new funds within the Australian retail and wholesale channels. Kate Parr

Noella has been with RF CorVal since 2010 and has overall responsibility for financial and management reporting, taxation, human resources and compliance for the group. Noella has over 20 years of experience in the property and financial services industry. She previously worked for Brookfield Multiplex within the funds management division, as a Fund Manager for one of the group’s listed property funds and as an Analyst for several of the unlisted funds, as well as being involved in various capital transactions. Prior to this she was with the chartered accounting firm Felsers (since renamed Accru). Noella holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and is an associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Financial Securities Institute of Australia.

Kim Tan

She is also involved in the compliance and payroll functions for the group. Kim has been in the professional services and accounting and finance industry for over 15 years, having worked previously with PricewaterhouseCoopers and other public accounting practices in both Perth and Sydney. Joining RF CorVal in April 2022, Anna’s key responsibilities include preparing monthly and annual financial reports, income tax returns, investor reporting and distributions. Anna has over 10 years’ experience in the property industry previously working at CBRE within real estate accounting services in a team providing specialised property and fund level accounting reports and solutions for private and portfolio clients in Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific. Ann Ellis

Ann joined the RF Group in 2016 and more recently, RF CorVal in April 2020. Ann works closely with the finance team and is responsible for the full end-to-end Accounts Payable function which includes month end reconciliations, coding and processing of invoices across multiple entities and banking platforms. She has worked in AP for over 15 years having previously worked for Continental Airlines, Northwest Airlines and Newedge Australia.

Ian Hobson

Consultant

Ian works closely with our capital transactions team, sourcing and identifying new opportunities and assisting with the delivery of those that have satisfied the due diligence process and have been accepted by the investment committee. Ian has an extensive network of industry contacts and has over 30 years’ experience in a wide range of property sectors. He practiced for 15 years as a solicitor with several of Australasia’s pre-eminent commercial law firms before transitioning to a development and advisory role with one of Sydney’s private corporate advisory and development firms. Ian then established his own consultancy and development business, acting for and partnering with Government agencies, several of the largest institutional property owners in Australia and many, both private and listed, development and investment entities. Ian has a Bachelor of Science (Auckland University) as well as B Comm and LLB degrees from Otago University in New Zealand.
