Successful implementation of an active strategy.

Following on from the success of the first Value Active Fund (VAF), VAF2 was established in September 2017 with a similar mandate to the first fund; to acquire Australian office and industrial properties. VAF2 pursued the same active strategy, acquiring the assets well, implementing targeted strategies to add value and then disposing of each asset with a view to maximising risk-adjusted returns.

To date, VAF2 has acquired an interest in three properties for a total purchase consideration in excess of $242m, comprising the following properties:
• 66 St Georges Terrace, Perth a multi-leased, A-grade office tower located in the heart of the Perth CBD.
• 71 Gipps Street, Collingwood a development approved 10-level A grade office building development.
• 110 George Street, Parramatta a multi-leased, A grade property in the Parramatta sub-market.
