CorVal Truganina Land Trust

Strategic landholding with opportunity to rezone.

The CorVal Truganina Land Trust is an unlisted property trust established to acquire a 50% interest in the property located at 848-950 Boundary Road, Truganina.

The Property comprises approximately 87 ha of vacant land with an approximate street frontage of 1,620 metres. It is located less than one kilometre west of West Park and West Industry Park Estates that accommodate a number of large, modern style transport, distribution and logistics warehouses. Land to the south of the Property is zoned for residential, business and light Industrial use under the completed Truganina Precinct Structure Plan. The Property itself is earmarked under the West Growth Corridor Plan as future industrial land.

The Trust investment strategy, following the acquisition of the Property, is to procure a rezoning of the land for industrial purposes and the requisite development approval.
