The CorVal 37 Epping Road Trust is an unlisted property trust which held a single office asset located within Macquarie Park, Sydney’s third largest office precinct, 12 kilometers from the Sydney CBD.

The Property was completed in 2003 and provided two upper levels of office accommodation together with a bulky goods retail chamber on the ground level, totalling 8,046 sqm NLA and 216 car spaces.

While the key strategy focused upon tenant retention, which was successfully executed, further value was realised through progressing the masterplan for rezoning the precinct. The property was sold in June 2021.
