A private mandate that saw the purchase of a newly constructed distribution centre located in the industrial precinct of Truganina, 19 kms to the west of Melbourne. The property was fully leased to Coles, on a 20-year lease that expires in 2032.

RF Corval’s experience with fund-through investments enabled it to agree all documentation including the option, sale and purchase agreement, plans of subdivision, agreement for lease and building contracts. RF Corval was also able to assess and mitigate the risks associated with these types of investments by agreeing amendments to certain documents within the 5-day timeframe. The execution of the strategy encompassed settlement of the acquisition of the land and then management of the construction of the building, which was delivered on time and on budget.
